Ginger Soy Dressing

1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Thai roasted chili garlic paste
2 teaspoons garlic, finely minced
1 tablespoon thinly sliced scallions
2 teaspoons finely minced fresh ginger
1 cup unsweetened orange juice
1 teaspoon ginger

Blend all ingredients with whisk and allow to chill thoroughly.
